Podlejski is a native Hoosier. He grew up in Indianapolis, Indiana. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Sociology from Ball State University. He obtained his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Florida Coastal School of Law. In addition to private practice Paul currently serves as Assistant City Attorney for the City of Anderson, Indiana, and is a Public Defender in Madison County. Paul is licensed to practice law in all Indiana State Courts including the Supreme Court of Indiana. He is also licensed to practice in the United States District Court, Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. Paul is a solo practitioner and owns and operates The Law Office of Paul J. Podlejski. Paul is a member of the American Bar Association, the Indianapolis Bar Association, the Madison County Bar Association, the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, the Indiana State Bar Association, and the Indiana State Bar Association Young Lawyers Section.
