Heather M. Schuh-Ogle

Heather is a Partner at Thomasson, Guthrie, Schuh-Ogle & Happel, P. C., and practices in the areas of criminal law, family law, personal injury law, collection law, probate and estate planning, and corporate and business law. Heather was born and raised in Columbus, Indiana, and attended Columbus North High School. She graduated from Indiana University-Bloomington in 2002 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in History. She served as a Special Assistant in a Congressional district office, a Legislative Assistant in the Indiana Senate, and a paralegal before attending Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis, where she earned a Juris Doctorate in 2014. Heather was a law clerk at the Indiana Prosecuting Attorneys Council immediately prior to joining Thomasson, Guthrie, Schuh-Ogle & Happel, P. C. Heather is a member of the American Bar Association, the Indiana State Bar Association, and the Indianapolis Bar Association, and is licensed to practice law in the State of Indiana. She currently resides in Columbus, Indiana with her husband.
