Daniel Joseph Palmer

Daniel Palmer is a partner in the Fort Wayne, Indiana office. Dan concentrates his practice in the areas of civil litigation defense, third-party defense of insureds, insurance coverage disputes and corporate disputes. He is also favorite mediator in Northeast Indiana. He practices in state and federal courts handling trials, summary judgment hearings, mediations and arbitrations. Dan also helped found and run a technology and software company. Mr. Palmer received his B. S., cum laude, from Butler University in 1988 followed by his Doctorate of Jurisprudence, cum laude, from Indiana University School of Law in 1991. When not practicing law, Dan enjoys volunteering at his church, traveling and cheering on his sons football and baseball teams, the Fort Wayne Tin Caps and the Butler Bulldogs, Dan is married to Leslie Palmer. Dan and Leslie have one son, Luke.
