John D. Cross

His practice focuses on real estate law where he advises and represents parties in real estate transactions, investing matters, civil litigation, and all other real estate matters. He also represents creditors and financial institutions in default and litigious civil actions. John has a wide array of legal experience including appellate work, wills and estates, assisting and representing clients in business startups, construction law, evictions, small claims, and collection matters, and other general litigation. From January 2016 to early 2018, John served as a board member for the non-profit, Central Indiana Real Estate Investors Association, where he regularly participated in attorney question panels and presented on real estate legal matters. John obtained his juris doctorate degree from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2011, and his college degree from DePauw University in 2008, where he played collegiate soccer for four years. He enjoys living on the Northeast side of Indianapolis near where he grew up.
