Charle Hilliker

Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance (High Distinction) and Bachelor of Science in Managerial Engineering (High Honors). Charles has been a Genesee County resident all his life and currently lives in the city of Clio. He has served on the Clio Downtown Development Authority since December 2009.
