Denise Khoury

A certified mediator, Ms. Khoury focuses on mitigating the tension between parties and driving an amicable separation in lieu of a nasty one. With her immense experience handling complex disputes, she is equipped to handle all aspects of family law from adoption, divorce, paternity, child support, property division, visitation, pre- and postnuptial agreements, alimony and parental rights. She also takes on the additional responsibility of an amicus attorney, advocating on behalf of the children caught up in the middle of litigation processes. Completing a Bachelor of Arts degree in international studies and business from the University of St. Thomas, Ms. Khoury went on to pursue her interest in law at the South Texas College of Law Houston. Graduating law college in 2003, she qualified to practice in Texas in 2005. Soon after college, she joined a private firm as an associate and later served as a senior associate attorney at an esteemed law firm in the Houston area before opening her own firm.Rated with an admirable score of 9.8 on Avvo, Ms. Khoury was also presented with their Client’s Choice Award, for consistently receiving good client reviews.
