John P. Webb

John is one of the three (3) managing partners (along with Andy Welch and Will White) of Smith, Welch, Webb and White. Mr. Webb gained extensive trial experience prosecuting criminal cases in the Lookout Mountain Judicial Circuit in 1994-1996. Since joining the firm in 1997, Mr. Webb has acquired experience and expertise in trial litigation, handling hundreds of civil and criminal cases. He has established a litigation practice that focuses on representing clients who have been injured by others. Mr. Webb is the team leader for the Personal Injury - Auto Accidents and Wrongful Death practice areas, where he is known for his personalized attention to each case. Mr. Webb is dedicated to being accessible and available to his clients, providing empathy and compassion throughout their legal journey.
