Joshs passion comes from using a practical approach to guide his clients through the estate planning process and ensuring his clients are prepared and have the knowledge to put their plans into action. Joshua Hutkins is a member of the Business Practice Group and the Wealth Planning Team Leader. At Sandberg Phoenix, Josh focuses on estate planning, wealth protection, estate and probate administration, and business succession planning. Josh has considerable experience drafting a variety of trusts and estate plans for a multitude of clients. He understands the importance of properly planning for your future and how it impacts your family and loved ones. He takes this knowledge and can craft it for all clients, from complex estates to families who simply want to ensure their assets are protected and passed on to their future generations. Josh has unique experience in both dental and veterinarian sciences and works closely in estate and wealth planning in these areas. His unique understanding of both industries allows him to offer highly specialized services to his clients. In addition to estate planning, Josh has extensive experience with complex and unique estate and trust administrations, guardianships and conservatorships, as well as, special needs planning. Acting as a counselor for his clients, Josh speaks with them and learns about their goals, building a personal relationship while using a practical approach to their legal needs. Regardless of the situation, his objective is to constantly advocate for the interests of his clients, and Josh works hard to ensure they are well protected. Outside of his legal practice, Josh enjoys spending time with his family, attending community events and being actively involved with his kids sports and activities.
