Arthur Pizza Rescigno May 02 2016 Attorney Miles Steven Cowan came to see me when I was in DeKalb county corrections at 11:30 pm I believe it was a Sunday. First off I explained my financial status and what I could afford on a monthly basis. I found Mr. Cowan to be a no nonsense attorney, his up front honesty with me was why I retained him. Mr. Cowan went up and over to get me a satisfing result with all the collateral damage which goes with the territory. From the day I was released from the county my attorney was always a phone call away or a visit. Attorney Cowan from the git go always treated me with respect and maintaining his addictive sense of humour,which during those hard days was refreshing.. Fortunately I have not needed legal assistance since those days in 2000. I do not have enough positive things to say about the quality of his care.
