Kennedy is the founder of The Probate Law Center, serving Kansas City, and the surrounding metropolitan areas. A native of Kansas City, Tiffannie founded The Probate Law Center in January 2021 with the goal of helping families successfully navigate the often-confusing area of probate. Life presents different challenges for every family. Whether you are helping a loved one through a terminal illness, settling the affairs of your family, or preparing your estate plan, having a trusted attorney to guide you through the process is the goal of The Probate Law Center. Prior to founding The Probate Law Center, Tiffannie litigated and arbitrated cases involving multi-million-dollar trust disputes, consumer complaints, and auto and trucking related crashes in both Kansas City and Chicago. Tiffannie has been awarded the Up-and-Coming Lawyer Award by Missouri Lawyers Weekly, as well as the Leaders of Tomorrow Award. She has also been recognized as a Rising Star of the Kansas City legal community since 2020. Tiffannie earned her J. D. from the University of Missouri at Kansas City where she competed on UMKCs nationally ranked Trial Advocacy team, was inducted into the National Member of the Order of the Barristers, and awarded the Terry L. Thomas Trial Practice Award. Tiffannie is licensed to practice law in Missouri, Kansas, and Illinois.
