Heather M. Hall

Heather focuses her practice on all aspects of probate, from estate and trust administration to fiduciary litigation. Following law school, Heather clerked for the Honorable Kathleen Forsyth in the Probate Division of the Circuit Court of Jackson County. Upon completion of the clerkship, Heather tried jury and bench trials as an assistant prosecuting attorney for the Jackson County Prosecutors Office. After seeing a developing need for more fiduciary litigators, Heather decided to meld her knowledge of probate with her trial skills in private practice. Heather left public service and began her private practice in probate and fiduciary litigation in the Kansas City area. In 2018, Heather decided it was time for a homecoming when she moved her practice to the St. Louis region.
