He brings 40 years of trial experience and assists the firm with litigation of client matters. He was licensed to practice law in May of 1979 in all state and Federal courts in Texas and the U. S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Humberto graduated from the University of Texas School of Law in December of 1978 following his undergraduate education at the University of Texas at Austin where he earned a BA Degree in Government. During his career, he has tried over 125 cases to a jury verdict throughout the state in both state and federal courts. He has been Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 1989. Humberto has been recognized as a Top 10 Personal Injury Attorney in Texas by the Personal Injury Attorney and Practice Magazine for handling car accident cases, trucking wrecks in San Antonio, and motorcycle accidents, wrongful death claims, and more. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, San Antonio Bar Association, San Antonio Trial Lawyers Association, and the Mexican American Bar Association.
