Thomas J. Preuss

T. J. Preuss focuses on personal injury cases, high-stakes business disputes, professional liability, and products liability matters. T. J. also has significant experience prosecuting complex pharmaceutical cases and medical device actions. This broad litigation experience has allowed him to successfully represent and receive jury verdicts on behalf of both plaintiff and defense clients. T. J.s successful litigation practice has earned him a number of recognitions. He has routinely been recognized as one of the Kansas City Business Journals Best of the Bar and has been included in the Kansas City Super Lawyers edition every year since 2009. T. J. was also recently honored by Ingrams Magazine with its 40 Under Forty award that recognizes accomplished business and community leaders in the Kansas City area under 40 years old. T. J. is active in the community, previously working with Big Brothers Big Sisters, American Cancer Society Relay for Life, and previously serving on the board of directors of Ozanam, an organization that offers residential and educational treatment to children and their families. In his spare time, T. J. enjoys spending time with his wife, Jane, and his daughters, Taylor and Peyton.
