A case where we made a big difference: On multiple occasions throughout the years, this Law Firm has been successful in obtaining approval from the Court to cancel a scheduled Sheriff Sale of a Borrowers home and successfully negotiate a loan modification which saved the property. This is especially important since these cases would have all resulted in the Homeowner losing their home to a foreclosure/sheriff sale, but we were able to stop the sale and re-negotiate the terms of the mortgage so that the house could be saved.
