Michael G. Norris Michael G. Norris is a founding member of Norris Keplinger Hicks & Welder, L. L. C. Mr. Norris is an experienced trial attorney who practices in all areas of civil litigation. He specializes in business litigation, construction law, and education law. Mr. Norris serves as general counsel to the Boards of Education of the Olathe, Ottawa, and De Soto School Districts. Achievements Mr. Norris is admitted to practice in both the state and federal courts in Kansas and Missouri, and is also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court.
