McClelland Ryan Lee

Ryan Lee is an associate in the Corporate and Securities Practice Group in the firms Century City office and is a member of the firms Healthcare Team. Areas of Practice Ryans practice focuses primarily on mergers, acquisitions, and general corporate matters. His clients include corporate entities from various industries, most prominently including medical groups and medical device companies but also companies in various industries including food and alcohol, security, software, and entertainment. Ryans experience includes due diligence review, transactional document drafting, and corporate formations. Before joining Sheppard Mullin, Ryan worked as an associate at a boutique corporate firm where he represented both growing start-ups and established companies in a wide variety of corporate matters, including video game license agreements, entity formation and conversion, real estate leases, and venture capital financings. Ryan graduated from the University of California, Davis School of Law, where he participated in the King Hall Family Protection Clinic engaging in pro bono work for disadvantaged clients.
