Daniel L. Massey

Dan is the founding partner of The Massey Law Firm and is licensed to practice in both Missouri and Illinois. Dan has been a trial attorney since his admission to practice in 2003, representing clients in a wide variety of matters including in environmental regulatory litigation, toxic tort litigation, business and commercial litigation, real estate litigation, product liability litigation, constitutional torts, personal injury and wrongful death cases, admiralty/maritime matters, and insurance coverage disputes, among others. Dan has represented clients as both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal trial courts throughout Missouri and the metro east area of southern Illinois, including as lead or first-chair trial counsel in more than 30 Missouri state court venues and the U. S. District Court for the Southern District of Illinois. Dan has also represented clients in Missouri, Illinois and federal administrative proceedings. In addition, Dan has represented clients on appeal as lead counsel before Missouris Eastern and Western District Courts of Appeal.
