Roger Todd Wooten

In addition to his extensive experience at leading and managing complex high-risk litigation, Todd has negotiated numerous out-of-court resolutions through arbitration and mediation as well as pre-trial settlements when the merits support that tactic. He represents clients in a wide range of industries including insurance, health care, finance, construction, transportation, and real estate, which gives him a holistic view of emerging litigation theories and successful outcomes. Todd often speaks and writes about liability issues and commercial litigation and has received numerous awards for his trial successes. Todd is actively involved in his community and has been a long supporter of the Arc Arkansas, which provides support, housing, advocacy, education, and leadership to people with disabilities and their families. Todd earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas, and a Master of Laws from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. He also completed a Bachelor of Science at the University of Central Arkansas and had additional study at both the University of Ulster in Northern Ireland and University College Dublin.
