Mark Steven Breeding

Mark Breeding has over 30 years experience representing insurance companies and their insureds, both businesses and individuals. Before joining the firm, Mark worked as a deputy prosecuting attorney. Throughout his career, he has tried over 100 jury trials. His current practice focuses on areas of insurance litigation such as arson, insurance fraud, bad faith, products liability, premises liability and personal injury. Mark graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, with a B. A. in 1986 and then attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, William H. Bowen School of Law obtaining his J. D., with honors in 1989. He served as Associate Research Editor for the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Law Review Mark has been named in The Best Lawyers in America from 2015-present, The Best Lawyers in America, 2020, 2023, Lawyer of the Year, Litigation-Insurance, Mid-South Super Lawyers, 2017 and has a Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Rating™ of AV® Preeminent. He is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association, Defense Research Institute, and the Arkansas Association of Defense Counsel.
