Beth M. Taylor

Beth F. Taylor Partner Beth F. Taylor is a founding partner at Winter Capriola Zenner. Her practice focuses exclusively on community association law, representing condominium associations, homeowners associations, and property owners associations across Georgia. She serves as general counsel to these communities, advising on matters involving covenant enforcement, collections, governance, board and member meetings, and document drafting. She also represents associations in litigation when disputes occur. With over a decade of experience handling complex community association litigation, Beth offers extensive knowledge of the legal and operational issues facing community associations and works closely with boards and community managers to address their daily and long-term needs. Her work has led to her recognition as a Georgia Super Lawyers: Rising Star since 2017. An active member of the legal profession, Beth currently serves on the Legislative Action Committee (LAC) and the Membership Committee of the Georgia Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI), the leading national organization for community association professionals. In this role, she actively monitors, analyzes, and testifies on proposed legislation that could significantly impact the rights and operations of community associations throughout the state. In 2025, she testified before the Georgia Senate on proposed legislation affecting lien priority and dispute resolution requirements for associations. Beth lives in Grant Park with her husband and three children. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, biking, and spending time outdoors with her family.
