About

Erik Silevitch, Esq. is originally from Andover, Massachusetts, just outside of Boston. He attended the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, where he majored in legal studies, and was a participant in numerous honors projects involving alternate dispute resolution. After obtaining his Bachelor of Arts Degree, Erik moved to Fort Lauderdale to pursue his law degree at the Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University. Throughout the duration of law school, he gained valuable legal experiences as an intern for the Broward County Public Defenders office, as well as Shuster & Saben, LLC., in Plantation, Florida. After Erik became a member of The Florida Bar, he joined a large firm that specialized in civil litigation as it related to real estate matters for large corporate clients across the United States. Erik quickly became a skilled litigation and trial attorney and went on to oversee both departments of the firm; earning him recognition from his peers and coworkers. In 2016, Erik became a founding Partner of Legal Advocates, PLLC, where he has devoted both his transactional and civil litigation knowledge and experience to his clients and their interests. Erik also serves as in-house Counsel for a mid-sized Accounting/CPA and Business Consulting firm. Erik is admitted to practice in the U. S. District Court for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida and is also a member of the Florida Attorneys Title Insurance Fund (The Fund) authorized to serve as the closing agent for residential and commercial real estate transactions and write title insurance policies through Old Republic Title Insurance Company and is a Partner of Legal Advocates, PLLCs affiliated title company, Advocates Title & Escrow, PLLC.
