William Ballard

Early in his career Bill represented physicians and hospitals in medical malpractice cases. He has drawn upon that experience over the past 20+ years as he has focused on the representation of patients and their families in medical malpractice and other complex lawsuits.Bill has an uncommon breadth of experience, having handled literally hundreds of medical malpractice and other complex tort cases. He also is highly regarded by his peers, who frequently call upon him to serve as a mediator in other lawsuits. He has been asked numerous times to speak at lawyer events and for other professional organizations, and he has published writings in various legal publications. Among many other honors and distinctions, Bill is routinely selected by his peers as a Georgia 'Super Lawyer.'
