Arthur Troilo III has nearly 40 years of law experience. Mr. Troilo started his legal career in San Antonio. C. law firm and later returned to the State of Texas and became an Assistant Attorney General (and section chief) with the Texas Attorney Generals Office in Austin, Texas.
