David Pumarejo

Mr. David Pumarejos legal practice includes real estate law, civil litigation, business law (including entity formations and asset purchases), contract law, representing homeowner associations, conducting mediations, estate planning, and probates. His experience in those areas of law includes numerous commercial and residential property transactions, civil litigation, appeals, mediations, and probates. Mr. Pumarejo provides legal services to a wide range of clients - from large corporations to individuals throughout New Mexico. While in law school, Mr. Pumarejo was the recipient of the prestigious National Hispanic Bar Association Scholarship and recognized for his outstanding work on presenting on homeownership and residential loans at the Graduate and Professional Student Conference. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Pumarejo owned and operated a residential and commercial lending firm in Denver, Colorado. Before and during college, he was a nationally ranked snowboard competitor and competed in professionally sanctioned events. When Mr. Pumarejo is not in the office, he enjoys tennis, guitar, camping, snowboarding, and coaching soccer.
