Mark Lembright

Mark Lembright is a Partner and presides over the firms Ohio Bankruptcy Practice. He represents creditors in all phases of bankruptcy litigation, including Chapter 7, 11, and 13, and regularly appears in all bankruptcy courts in Ohio on behalf of the firms national creditor clients. Mark is a former founding partner of Felty and Lembright Co., L. P. A., and has extensive experience in all aspects of foreclosure and real estate title law, including title curative. He has appeared before municipal, county, federal and state courts of appeals and frequently speaks on consumer bankruptcy law. Mark graduated from Ohio University and the University of Akron School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in Ohio, as well as the U. S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. His professional affiliations include membership in the Ohio State Bar Association, the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and the American Bankruptcy Law Forum.
