Moore Benjamin Crosby

Ben is a partner with Kinney & Moore, PLLC. As a trial lawyer, Ben represents individuals in matters related to wrongful death, trucking accidents, motor vehicle accidents, trip and falls, and other accidents throughout Florida. Prior to representing individuals, Ben was an in-house trial lawyer for Nationwide Insurance Company and has also represented businesses and individuals in a wide array of civil/business litigation over the years. Ben was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida, and lives in St. Johns, Florida with his three kids. Ben is actively involved in his local community through various non-profits and his church. He serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the International Learning Center of Jacksonville. He enjoys serving local and state-wide non-profits in the fight against human and child trafficking. He also serves on the Little Flower Advisory Board for Americas Future Project Defend & Protect Our Children which focuses on eradicating the exploitation and trafficking of children on a national scale.
