Mark A. Jarstad

Mark Jarstad - Attorney Mark Jarstad grew up in Kenyon, Minnesota and graduated from Kenyon High School. Mark received his Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from Winona State University with a double major in 1973. He graduated from William Mitchell College of law in 1977. Mark has practiced law in Wabasha since 1977. Mark is a member of the Wabasha Port Authority and has been a member of the Wabasha Rotary and Minnesota Bar Association since 1977. Mark has been married to Alice Jarstad since 1973. Mark and Alice have two children, Brian and Sarah, and four grandchildren.
