Nathan Foushee

Nathan has over twenty years of civil litigation experience, having tried over forty jury trials in personal injury, medical malpractice, labor and employment, contract and insurance defense matters. Nathan was a founding partner of Morse Foushee, P. C., practiced as in-house counsel for the GEICO insurance companies, and worked many years as a personal injury attorney. Nate is a 2004 graduate of the Indiana University School of Law - Indianapolis. He received a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology from Purdue University in 1997 and a Certificate in Clinical Laboratory Science from the University of Louisville in 1998. Nathan has a strong medical background, and is a member of the American Society of Clinical Pathologists and MENSA. With his background in handling both plaintiff and defense cases, Nathan has the experience and demeanor to help you and your clients get cases resolved. In his spare time, Nathan enjoys watching Indy Car and Formula 1, and operates a motorsports team competing in both automobile and motorcycle racing.
