Gregory Stout

Licensed to practice in the state and federal courts in Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky and West Virginia, Mr. Stouts clients include insured property owners and lenders under title insurance policies and title insurance companies involved in escrow defalcations and coverage matters and those requiring issuance of closing protection letters. He represents corporate clients in commercial litigation, including commercial loan workouts, easement and pipeline litigation, receiverships, defense of consumer litigation, disputes as to mortgage repurchase agreements, as well as clients involved in contract and residential real estate disputes.
