Patrick M. McGrory Patrick McGrory is a shareholder of the law firm of Tighe & Cottrell, P. A. Patrick joined Tighe & Cottrell in 2005 and advises clients in a variety of areas including professional liability, contract disputes and general litigation. Patricks areas of concentration include architect and engineer liability defense, accountant and attorney malpractice defense, construction law, commercial disputes and corporate law. He represents a wide range of clients including professional associations and companies, as well as individuals, seeking general counsel and litigation services. Prior to joining the firm, Patrick earned a B. A. degree in Political Science from the University of Delaware and a J. D. from the Catholic University Columbus School of Law. He also served as a Legislative Correspondent and Projects Advisor in the Washington and Delaware offices of U. S. Representative Michael N. Castle. As a litigator, Mr. McGrory has represented various individuals and entities in mediation, arbitration and litigation at most every level of the courts within Delaware, Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
