William C. Boyd

William C. Boyd William C. Boyd, Sr. was admitted to the Texas Bar in 1968 and the U. S. Southern District of Texas in 1969. His preparatory education was at Texas Tech University (B. S. 1962), where he is active in the Tech Ex-Students Association. He completed his Law Degree in 1969 at the University of Houston. Mr. Boyd was an associate at Woodard, Hall, & Primm from 1969-1971. He became a member of Patterson & McDaniel on January 1, 1972, and the firm changed its name to Patterson, McDaniel & Boyd on January 1, 1973. He was a director of the Houston Bar Association (1977-1979) and of the State Bar of Texas (1979-1981). Mr. Boyd also served several terms as the municipal judge of Missouri City, Texas. Mr. Boyd was the contributing author to the Texas Collections Manual (1st ed.) published by the State Bar of Texas. He is a member of the Texas Bankers Association, the Commercial Law League, the State Bar of Texas; Houston Bar Association; and the American Bar Association. Mr. Boyd has enjoyed Martindale-Hubbells highest AV ranking for lawyers continuously since the early 1970s.
