She provides compassionate, experienced representation to clients considering the unique aspects of each clients case, whether the issues include children, finances or both. After years of practicing family law and seeing the destruction that litigation often caused in both the clients personal and business life, Julie was driven by a desire to play a role in lessening the emotional and financial cost experienced by parties in family law litigation. Upon becoming trained in the collaborative divorce process, she knew she had found a way to really help families achieve their goals while in the throes of a family law matter and craft a durable solution while protecting their valued privacy. <img decoding=async loading=lazy src=https://members.collaborativedivorcetexas.com/documents/badges/credentialing/CDTCredentialed600.png alt=This Collaborative Divorce Professional is Credentialed by Collaborative Divorce Texas width=200 height=200>Although Collaborative Divorce is not the right approach for every case, Julie believes that all parties, no matter which process they choose to resolve their dispute, should be able to maintain their dignity throughout the legal process, understand that their case can be resolved without losing sight of their ideals and integrity and feel confident that their legal counsel will assist them in reaching resolution, instead of becoming an impediment. The situation may be outside of their control but how the clients and attorneys react to the situation is most definitely not.<img decoding=async loading=lazy width=150 height=150 src=https://quaidfarish.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/11/best-lawyers-julie-h-quaid-all-150x150.png alt=Best Lawyers Julie H.
