Benjamin Lopez

Quick Look Benjamin G. Lopez is a Shareholder in the firms General Trial Practice Group focusing on insurance coverage, property damage litigation, trucking and transportation, premises liability, and construction defect. He is a Tampa native having graduated from Jesuit High School. Mr. Lopez completed his undergraduate education at Florida State University and obtained his J. D. from Stetson University College of Law. During law school, Mr. Lopez joined Banker Lopez Gassler P. A. as a summer intern and subsequently joined the firm after graduation as an associate. Mr. Lopez has earned an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale Hubbell and serves as the firms Attorney Hiring Partner.
