He also advises small businesses on preventative measures in their day-to-day operations. He received his undergraduate degree from Michigan State University and his Juris Doctorate from University of Georgia School of Law. After graduation from law school, Timothy served as an associate with a boutique Atlanta law firm, assisting in cases involving minority shareholder squeeze-outs, wrongful termination, partnership disputes, legal professional negligence, breach of contract, construction litigation, and taxation disputes. Timothy is a member of the State Bars of Washington and Georgia. He is also admitted to practice in the U. S.
