Recent local media articles show shocking examples (at least in the US) of individuals and corporations acting very conservatively to the legal and business environment. For example, in Florida a life guard was fired for saving a mans life outside of the life guards permitted boundaries. Yet Florida recognizes corporations as legal entities and has a good Samaritan law on the books. Lawyers know the right thing to do, but consistently advise their client on the legal thing to do.
