Erik Feingold

Professional Experience Partner Erik B. Feingold, a past President of the Ventura County Bar Association, has over thirty years of trial and litigation experience in all aspects of litigation involving fire and insurance litigation, major personal injuries, business litigation and construction and real estate disputes. Mr. Feingold lost his family home in the 2017 Thomas Fire and represented hundreds of similarly affected homeowners in litigation against Southern California Edison stemming from both the Thomas and Woolsey fires. Mr. Feingold shared a nomination as the Consumer Attorneys of California trial lawyer of the year and the Ventura County Trial Lawyers Association trial lawyer of the year for his role in obtaining one of the largest personal injury verdicts in Ventura County history in the amount of $39 million on behalf of a catastrophically injured CHP officer.
