Biography Mr. James P. McCune III is Of Counsel with Boggs, Avellino, Lach & Boggs, L. L. C. in its St. Louis Office. In 1991, he received his BA in Political Science from Washington & Jefferson College. In 1994, he received his Juris Doctor from the Oklahoma City University School of Law. In 1994, Mr. McCune was admitted to the Bar of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the Western District of Pennsylvania. In 1997, he was admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the third Circuit. While practicing in Pennsylvania, Mr. McCune tried in excess of 100 arbitration hearings and bench trials.
