Javie Jason

Jason D. Javie is a Philadelphia native. After receiving his undergraduate degree at the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida, Jason returned to the Philadelphia area to pursue a law degree at Villanova University School of Law. Since being admitted to the bar, Jason has been an advocate for the rights of individuals, standing up to the Government and large corporations on his clients behalf. Jasons practice is diverse and well-rounded, encompassing both civil and criminal matters. As a criminal defense attorney, he takes particular interest in appellate and post-conviction matters in both State and Federal court, ensuring that all of his clients are treated fairly even after a criminal conviction or sentence. In the civil arena, Jason focuses his practice on product liability, serious motor vehicle accidents, and vindicating the rights of people injured by or imprisoned as a result of police misconduct and brutality. Jason is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Recently, Jason was honored to be selected to Super Lawyers Rising Stars for 2020-2021, a peer designation awarded to only a select number of attorneys in each state. He currently lives in Point Breeze.
