Biography Matthew L. Winton is a litigation and transactional lawyer licensed in Oklahoma and Texas. Since 2000, he has represented real estate developers, builders, condominium and homeowner associations, and real property owners on all matters relating to residential and commercial condominiums, homeowners associations, and related issues. His is a state-wide practice, assisting clients in urban, rural, and resort communities. He serves as general counsel to multitudes of commercial and residential condo and homeowners associations.
