Timothy A. Miller

EXPERIENCE A third-generation attorney in his family, Mr. Miller has been a Florida lawyer since 1979. The Law Office of Timothy A. Miller opened in St. Petersburg in 1983, administering and litigating probate and other matters. Today the office focuses solely on probate and trust litigation cases. The above gavel and law dictionary are family heirlooms from Mr. Millers father and grandfathers legal careers in St. Petersburg. COMMUNITY Mr. Miller is a dedicated member of the St. Petersburg community who has served on school advisory councils, church committees, a youth ballet board of directors, and coaching for numerous youth sports teams. He participates in legal aid clinics and volunteers with Lawyers for Literacy. EXCELLENCE Mr. Miller was elected by his peers to be President of the St. Petersburg Bar Association in 2013.
