Steven M. Strong

BioGrowing up as a preacher’s kid in a small Texas town, Steven learned early the value of telling the truth and making a stand. Now, he is an accomplished attorney with thirty years of litigation experience in state and federal courts throughout the state of Texas. Steven is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and has served as a guest lecturer on domestication of foreign judgments in the U.S. at the Center for International Legal Studies in Salzburg, Austria. He is admitted to practice law in the state courts of Texas, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Northern, Eastern and Southern Districts of Texas, and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern, Eastern and Southern Districts of Texas. Steven is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit in New Orleans. Steven’s clients include some of the nation’s largest and most prominent businesses, such as Neiman Marcus, JP Morgan Chase, Bank of America, Discover Financial Services, Encore Capital Group as well as numerous small businesses and individuals. Steven is married to Janet and enjoys good friends, good food and good wine, his two chocolate labs and boxer, and still plays competitive amateur baseball.EducationSteven graduated from Baylor University in Waco, Texas with a B.B.A. in Real Estate and Finance, going on to earn a law degree from the Baylor University School of Law.
