R. Eric Loman

Mr. Loman is a native New Mexican and has been an attorney since 2003. Prior to law school, Mr. Loman worked in the tax group of a large real estate investment trust firm. Mr. Loman obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of New Mexico School of Law. He also holds Bachelor of Accountancy and Bachelor of Business Administration degrees from New Mexico State University. Mr. Loman specializes in representing plaintiffs in personal injury and wrongful death cases and has obtained several multi-million dollar settlements and verdicts on behalf of his clients. Mr. Loman also has extensive experience in commercial litigation, employment, and civil rights cases. An experienced litigator, he has handled dozens of jury trials and countless bench trials. He is licensed to practice before all state and federal courts in New Mexico, as well as the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. In 2013, Mr. Loman was named a Rising Star by Southwest Super Lawyers and a Super Lawyer in 2017. He is also AV rated.
