John Mackey

Hello! My name is Jack Mackey, and I've practiced law since 2003, the year of my graduation from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. My practice is based out of both Norman and Lawton, Oklahoma, although my practice coverage is statewide. My practice focuses on real property law, contract law, probate law, corporate law, civil litigation, and estate planning. I routinely handle a variety of real property issues ranging from simple transactions to condemnations to foreclosures of the right to reopen rights-of-way and easements. Additionally, I assist businesses big and small with the drafting of operating agreements, leases, and commercial contracts. I also assist in the formation of LLCs, corporations, and partnerships within the State of Oklahoma. My clients include individuals, businesses, banks, municipalities, and governmental entities. My existing clients keep me busy, but I always have time for more! I look forward to assisting you soon. I live in Norman with my wonderful wife Lisa and our two beautiful daughters. When I am not working I am most likely picking up toys.
