Jim is a founding member of OLeary, Shelton, Corrigan, Peterson, Dalton & Quillin, LLC. Jim has acted as local counsel on over 2,500 cases for the trial team that spearheaded the Roundup Settlement for over $10 Billion. Jim has also focused his career on product liability claims in complex litigation involving forklift accidents, workplace injuries, trucking litigation, third-party criminal act claims, underride collisions, manufacturing defects and construction equipment cases.
