James Douglas Gramling

Doug Gramling focuses his practice in general civil litigation, real estate, probate and estate law. Such representation includes challenging or defending the enforceability of estate documents such as wills, trusts and deeds. Dougs real estate practice encompasses assisting developers, builders, contractors, landlords and rental companies. He has assisted in closing the sale of large-scale developments, represented Owners Associations preparing and enforcing restrictive covenants and represented multiple individual landowners in boundary line dispute cases. Finally, he has also devoted time to assist families in the probate of their estates, not not only for families in Arkansas, but individuals who live out of state, but whose family members are located in Arkansas.
