Daniel Richard Carter

Daniel R. Carter is a civil litigation attorney at the Arkansas-based law firm James & Carter, PLC, in Little Rock. He has been practicing law for more than four decades and focuses his practice on areas of law related to commercial litigation, employment discrimination, personal injury, insurance coverage, product liability and, sometimes, probate of estates. Mr. Carter has represented multiconglomerate organizations, small companies, and individuals in all federal and state courts throughout the state of Arkansas, including the U. S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas, the United States Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit. An alumnus of Kansas State University, Mr. Carter graduated in 1975 and received his bachelors degree in 1975 and obtained his masters degree in 1977. Before pursuing his legal studies, he gained experience as a legislative intern at the U. S. Senate in 1975. He enrolled in the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville and earned his doctorate in jurisprudence in 1980. A dedicated and diligent attorney, Mr. Carter gives his clients the utmost importance. He devises unique legal solutions for each clients case, well-aware of the complexity of each case. Over the years, he has developed and equipped himself with various key and essential skills, becoming a well-seasoned attorney.
