Andrew Rain Kasnetz

As General Counsel of Sandberg Phoenix, Andrew (Andy) Kasnetz provides legal guidance and support to the firm, ensuring our compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards. With Andys exceptional legal expertise and years of experience, Andy is able to provide steadfast legal counsel to firm management and attorneys to enhance our ability to better serve our clients. In addition to Andys General Counsel responsibilities, he is a skillful litigator. Andy focuses his legal practice on complex business and commercial litigation, including class actions. Andy has tried over 40 cases to conclusion and briefed and argued over 20 appeals, practicing in state and federal courts. He has handled a wide variety of contract and business tort matters including the defense of class actions, shareholder disputes, commercial fraud, lender liability, antitrust, software development and real estate. Prior to joining Sandberg Phoenix, Andy was formerly a partner and founding member of Davis, Davis, Kasnetz & Greenberg. Andy has been named to Best Lawyers in America for commercial litigation. In 2021, Andy joined the University of Missouri School of Law faculty as an Adjunct Professor of Law, where he teaches a doctrinal class in Arbitration and a clinical class in Pretrial Litigation.
