David S. Lee

David S. Lee Mr. Lee is the founding member and managing shareholder of the firm. Mr. Lee has over 24 years of experience mediating, arbitrating and litigating complex construction general liability/BI and insurance matters, including numerous appearances before Appellate and Supreme Court level courts. Mr. Lee has focused his practice on the representation of target defendants in construction related claims, as well as a wide variety of other civil litigation disputes. Mr. Lee has been a featured speaker at County, State and National Seminars on litigation & mediation. Mr. Lee has also served as one of the Bars representatives on multiple committees aimed at improving pre-trial and trial procedures. In 2008, Mr. Lee began mediating and arbitrating various civil cases, including numerous cases where he has acted as a neutral through JAMS. He is experienced in resolving disputes involving complex construction, insurance litigation and contract issues, as well as simpler personal injury and contract disputes, which require a neutral to assist the parties in economically reaching a resolution.
