Chad K. Reed

Chad Reed, Managing Partner at Reed Leeper, P. C., is a seasoned litigator who has spent his entire career practicing in construction and commercial litigation as well as personal injury law. As a construction attorney, Chad has represented small corporate clients as well as Fortune 500 companies, including construction suppliers, subcontractors, general contractors and property owners. Chad has successfully litigated claims in state and federal courts throughout Georgia on matters such as defective construction, negligent design, breach of contract, payment disputes, surety bonds, delays and impacts, modifications, liens, warranties, and real estate litigation. In 2007, Chad served as a Committee Chair on a Senate Lien Law Advisory Committee, working with senators to help draft new legislation relating to construction liens, bonds, and waivers. He is licensed to practice in North Carolina and Tennessee to better serve clients whose construction projects extend beyond Georgia.
