Drafted Rule 12(B)(6) motion to dismiss on behalf of defendant real estate licensee and real estate brokerage leading to the dismissal of the complaint with prejudice. Argued before the Court of Common Pleas in Hamilton County in an administrative appeal of denial of cannabis dispensary license.
